I cannot think of a better 30 minutes to learn about XR in nursing education than Dr. Cait Yeager on #ExploreXR. She is incredibly succinct and entertaining as she summarizes use of XR at Ursuline College. We get asked many questions by customers and prospects alike: ❓How do we use XR in our curriculum? ❓What is the value relative to traditional, analog methods? ❓How do students react? ❓What is the value of MR vs VR? ❓Does XR scale? ❓Is XR economically advantageous? Dr. Yeager answers all of these and more! She and her colleagues have done an incredible job of implementing XR that we can all learn from. Highly suggest you give it a listen.

Dr. Teresa Wenner, Chair of Undergraduate Nursing Programs with the School of Nursing, along with Amanda Jenkinson PhD, RN; Karen Waterfall, MSN, RN; Anita Fennessey, DRNP, RN and Mariann Kerr, PhD, RN recently published an article pertaining to the Next Generation NCLEX (NGN), and the Clinical Judgment Measurement Model. “Video-recorded unfolding case studies to improve clinical judgment of new graduate nurses” was based on a grant-funded faculty development project and was published in Nursing2023.
