"ARINATO" Mezcal cocktail, rehearsed! Brilliant! Brilliant! Brilliant! The "nose" is very pleasant. And the taste is not rich; its very smooth. I love how the rest of the condiments tame the Mezcal and keep their selves present. This is very much a drink for mature palates, just keeping it simple and smooth, doe the cocktail is complex itself. *I used "Cocchi Americano" instead of "Lillet Blanc" to give it "body." *Doe I understand why the Dry Vermouth is implemented, to blend down the sweetness/ sugar. spec's: (Served On the Rocks) (Stirred!) 1.5 oz. Mezcal 3/4 oz. Chocchi Amricano (original: Lillet Blanc) 0.5. Dry Vermouth 1/4 oz. Yellow Chartreuse 1/2 barspoon Merechino Liquor (1/8 oz.) 2 dashes Peychauds Bitters Garnish: Grapefruit Twist

Martini Martini is a cocktail consisting of gin and vermouth, served ice-cold (usually as a pre-dinner drink) and garnished with anything from a citrus peel to olives to pickled pearl onions. While the classic ratio is three parts gin to one part vermouth, there are many different variations. Ingredients 2 1/2 ounces gin 1/2 ounce dry vermouth 1 dash orange bitters Garnish: lemon twist Add the gin, dry vermouth, and orange bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until very cold. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
