A more stabilized environment is certainly on the horizon. The real question is how far in the distance is that horizon. And even more importantly, what are people doing now to prepare for "market re-entry" as it could "get crowded quickly." As an additional note, the webinar noted that "As valuation multiples reduce, getting the most out of properties, driving NOI, and lowering expenses is key." This is where technology can be very helpful. Just saying.
