Australia's #commercialproperty market continued on its path to recovery with a second consecutive quarter of growth in deal activity. The transaction total for Q3 2024 was 11% ahead of Q3 2023, the latest edition of Australia Capital Trends showed, and there is a multibillion-dollar pipeline of pending deals. Dealmaking in Australia's office market has restarted, aided in part by price reductions from sellers. The U.S. commercial property market continued its gradual recovery in the third quarter as deal activity matched levels of a year ago, the latest edition of US Capital Trends from #MSCIResearch showed. Prices were largely still in retreat, with the #RCACPPI US National All-Property Index slipping 1.9% and only prices for industrial properties growing relative to a year earlier.
