The more cocktails with your brand a bar sells, the fewer bars you need to sell your first 1000 cases. It's non-debatable. Example: 🤌🏻 25 bars x 8 cocktails/day = 1000 cases 50 bars x 4 cocktails/day = 1000 cases 100 bars x 2 cocktails/day = 1000 cases 200 bars x 1 cocktail/day = 1000 cases 400 bars x 0.5 cocktails/day = 1000 cases .... Increasing distribution is hard. Increasing rotation is hard. Choose your hard. It's that simple.
