LPNs are not "real nurses" ... This statement right here 👆 is the one that gets under our skin THE MOST!!! Yes we are real Nurses! No, we don't need to go get the "real nurse" to take your vitals, do your dressing (aka bandage/wound care), take your blood, suction your trach, start your IV... I mean, you see where I'm going with this right? So not only do we have to deal with the crap working conditions, we have to deal with this 👆 garbage on top of it. You see why we're looking for other opportunities? Would you want someone questioning your professional competence EVERY SINGLE DAY? Doubt it! Angie saw the vision and is fed up of the burnout from the physical and mental load that comes with being an LPN. Can't say I blame her being an LPN for the last 15+ years 🤷♀️ Welcome Baddie to the BABS Fam 🥳 🥳 🥳 "This queen is a traveling LPN and has traveled the country with her two doggos but she’s burnt out and looking to travel on her OWN terms - not just where she can find an assignment 👏🏼 She’s never done any sort of network marketing before but she’s not gonna let that stop her!!! She saw the vision and knows our products are top notch 🙏🏼 (especially with her traveling to different RV parks and how inconsistent the water can be 😬)" Are you an LPN that's fed the F up? Wanting change? Do you want fair compensation and to choose who you work with? Comment "LPN" and let's chat ✨ A chat with me is FREE 🫶 #Mindset #health #wealth #freedom #opportunity #entrepreneur #legacy #highticketsales #highticketcoaching #GenerationalWealth

Ok fellow nurses, time to have some fun, share our collective wisdom, and get some answers. Ready? I’m not here for clicks, or likes, or shares. I’m here because I love my profession and I have so much gratitude for all of the #nursesonlinkedin who are here to learn, build a business, grow a career, and generally support one another. I’m also here to translate “theory” into practice. So, let’s put the “social” back in social media, and get a conversion going. My posts about careers, business skills, entrepreneurialism, and solopreneurship are a big hit with my fellow nurses and nurse practitioners here on LinkedIn. I love this subject, and I live it every day. Here’s what we are going to do: put your burning questions about anything to do with career, business, and personal success for nurses in the comments. I’ll answer any and all questions that I’m competent to answer. Even better, we will answer questions for each other. There’s a wealth of knowledge, experience, and wisdom in this community. Let’s learn from one another, and make things better for nurses everywhere. Who wants to go first? Let’s go!

Nurses: More Than Just Professionals, They're Human Beings Too Nurses are often seen as the backbone of the healthcare system, providing vital care and support to patients in need. However, despite their crucial role, many people still view nurses as mere professionals, devoid of emotions and personal feelings. This misconception can lead to a lack of understanding and empathy towards these dedicated individuals, who are, in fact, human beings with their own emotions and struggles. The notion that nurses are emotionless is a harmful stereotype that can have significant consequences. It can lead to burnout, decreased job satisfaction, and even a higher risk of mental health issues. Moreover, it can also create a sense of isolation and disconnection between nurses and their patients, which is detrimental to the healing process. Nurses are not just trained professionals; they are individuals with their own emotional experiences, fears, and hopes. They have families, friends, and personal struggles just like anyone else. They are not immune to the emotional toll of working in a high-stress environment, where they are constantly exposed to trauma, loss, and suffering. It is essential to recognize that nurses are not just providing medical care; they are also providing emotional support and comfort to patients and their families. They are often the first point of contact for patients, and their empathy, compassion, and understanding can make a significant difference in the healing process. Moreover, nurses are not just limited to their professional roles. They are also individuals with their own personal stories, struggles, and triumphs. They have their own fears, anxieties, and insecurities, just like anyone else. They are not immune to the challenges of life, and they face their own set of difficulties, including work-life balance, financial stress, and personal relationships. It is crucial to recognize that nurses are not just professionals; they are human beings with their own emotions and experiences. They deserve respect, empathy, and understanding, just like anyone else. It is essential to break down the stereotype that nurses are emotionless and to recognize their humanity. In conclusion, nurses are not just professionals; they are human beings with their own emotions and experiences. They deserve respect, empathy, and understanding, and it is essential to recognize their humanity. By doing so, we can create a more compassionate and supportive environment for nurses, which can lead to better patient care and improved overall well-being. #nurses #mentalhealth #docxplorer
