📊 Mortgage Bonds Hold Steady, But What’s Next? 📊 Who cares??? You should - if you want to understand what your credit card bill will look like or your mortgage! Last week, we saw Mortgage Bonds trading in a sideways pattern, hovering just above crucial support at 100.18 as they try to form a base and find some footing. This level could act as a springboard or a stumbling block, depending on where the next wave of movement takes us. 📈🏦 On the other hand, the 10-year Treasury yield broke above its 100-day Moving Average, creating a new dynamic in the market. After that breakthrough, it spent the rest of the week trading in a narrow range, with the 100-day Moving Average serving as a floor, and a resistance level looming at the 4.126% Fibonacci mark. This tug-of-war between support and resistance will be key in determining the next direction for bond yields and interest rates. 🔑 What does this mean for the mortgage market? 📉🏡 We’re watching closely as this could have significant implications for rates, affordability, and the housing market overall. If bonds find their footing, it could be a positive sign for mortgage rates moving forward, but a lot depends on how they respond to these technical levels. Keep an eye on how these patterns evolve this week! 👉 Stay tuned for more market updates and analysis on what this means for your next move in the housing market. #MortgageRates #BondMarket #MortgageNews #RealTalk #InterestRates #FinanceUpdate #MarketTrends #MortgageBonds #10YearTreasury #InvestSmart #HousingMarket #MarketWatch #FinancialStrategy #RealEstateInvesting #Fibonacci #TechnicalAnalysis
