These days, the paperwork is so overwhelming that the actual point of spending time on the floor of hospitality is often missed. We need to refocus on being present with our teams and guests.

Cannot understand, run and be an efficient leader unless you are present in both mind and body on the floor

Valid point!, I couldn't find my manager on floor ,I couldn't understand the perspective of paper work etc. valuable than our guest 😕
