"Building Bridges through Leadership Training" (BBLT) is BYLC’s eight-week-long signature leadership training program.The intensive training program, coupled with an experiential learning model, challenges students to critically think about leadership and apply their skills to effectuate positive change in society. In this programme I constantly discovered myself and learned something new in the ten week long BBLT-32 program. Alhamdulillah for everything. It was a really great journey. It was really challenging to be honest in these ten weeks of my life.This 60-day process has helped me deepen my priorities, loyalty, values. Through this program now I think that I know myself much more than before. Through this whole process of learning and practicing leadership, I have come to understand my interests, my strengths, and my weak links.The whole process added a new dynamic to my observation and interpretation skills, allowing me to be humble to the opinions of others and think about how to work on a system through teamwork. Now I'm officially a graduate of the BBLT-32 program.🥰
