🌍 Day 39 - Grant Number 38: Chatham House Sustainability Accelerator Microgrants 🌍 Challenge for Innovation: As we embark on a critical decade for our planet, the Chatham House Sustainability Accelerator announces a call for submissions that propel innovative policy solutions for a sustainable future. We aim to empower the visionaries and catalysts who will delineate and shape our world tomorrow. Grant Details: We're offering £1,000 grants to ignite the spark of creativity and innovation in addressing sustainability challenges. Whether you're an activist, policymaker, disruptor, or someone passionate about making a difference, we're eager to hear your ideas. Objective: Your proposal should aim to: - Tackle a prevalent sustainability challenge, potentially applicable by policymakers globally. - Propel us towards achieving international sustainability goals. Ideas will be evaluated based on their relevance and scalability across various geographic contexts, aiming for tangible outcomes that could include digital tools, physical products, events, or policy influences. Eligibility: Open to all, the microgrants seek to turn innovative sustainability solutions from concept to reality. Eligibility criteria include: - Open to individuals or groups from any background or geography. - Initiative must be executed in the applicant's resident country. - Applications from businesses or companies are not accepted; only individuals or community/charitable groups may apply. - Applicants must be 18 years or older. - All application processes and reporting must be conducted in English. Application Process: Apply by filling out a brief form addressing the following prompts: - Summarize your idea in 50 words. - Elaborate on your idea (1,500 words max). - Explain how your idea accelerates a fair and sustainable future (200 words). - Highlight the novelty or innovation of your approach (200 words). - Discuss the relevance and potential reach of your idea (200 words). - Detail the allocation of funds and project timeline (200 words). - Describe how you will measure the impact of your project (200 words). Deadline: Applications must be submitted by April 15, 2024. Selection Process: An internal selection panel at Chatham House will review submissions.
