"The dumb, immoral and non-creative minds choose to work in HR in Pakistan." I understand that the 'author' of the above post has actually written this sentence and posted on LinkedIn as a joke, with of course, some sub cautious underlining of own experiences with a few people, but still, just to comment: Dumb, immoral and non-creative minds can be found in all occupations and professions. Let us not single-out HR individuals, who (many of them) otherwise think of themselves as superman/superwoman, while handling the rest of the world. A true HR person is always humble, honest, straightforward and focused on job. A true HR person would always respond to candidates (irrespective of being very busy or being a hotshot in his/her organisation), a true HR person would never lie to a candidate, would never give false hopes, and would always be polite in general, towards candidates and employees, in particular. Now we can actually observe and conclude about HR persons around us, to see if they are true HR persons, or they are actually unworthy of being HR persons, and they are there, simply because fate has decided to honor them with these positions, though we cannot do anything about it. #hr #hrdirector #hrcommunity #hrmanagers
