Our recent executive roundtable 'Beyond Digital: Future of Enterprise Transformation' featured spirited perspectives from Financial Services leaders on the front-lines of transformation. Here are the top 5 takeaways from the group on the future GenAI landscape: 1. AI is the Future:  Broad consensus that GenAI is the next big thing driving enterprise transformation in Financial Services; fundamental break from prior generations like ML/RPA 2. Governance is Essential: Think of it as needing a "traffic cop" to manage wide variety of emerging use cases effectively 3. New Structures Needed: New roles, organization, and policies are needed for GenAI, especially concerning third-party risk 4. Talent Gap: The biggest gaps are in critical thinking, understanding the big picture, and adopting an architectural perspective 5. GenAI as a "Baby Tiger": GenAI is currently manageable but has the potential to become powerful and challenging to control #Transformation #AI #Governance #Innovation #GenAI Thank you all for your valuable insights!
