Reflecting on 24 years in recruitment, it’s remarkable how much has changed—and how much hasn’t. At the core of my career, it’s always been about people. Whether it was my first role in technology recruitment or my work at #LinkedIn, my motivation remains the same: helping others find the right opportunities and thrive.
