Big congratulations to Wilson Lumber's own Nathan Massey! He is celebrating five years with our company. When I got the alert that his five year anniversary was coming up, I was like "this can't be right." Because his cultural influence is so impactful at Wilson, I figured it had to be a mistake and he had actually been here much longer (not that 5 years is insignificant by any means). Nathan is the perfect example of prioritizing and holding on to the cultural fits in your company. When you get yourself a Nathan Massey, don't let him go. It's been five years, but feels like twenty. Congrats Nathan! Wilson Lumber Company is lucky to have you on our team.

Every month Creekside is celebrating the amazing team we have by showcasing one of our team members. February's team member spotlight is Creekside's Renaissance man, Steve! He is one of our Project Executives and has been with Creekside for 12 years. Steve brings his great worth ethic and infectious positive attitude with him wherever he goes. He is a supportive and encouraging leader, who excels at building strong teams and Creekside is very lucky to have him! Let's learn a little bit more about Steve... Q: How many years in the industry? A: Started working in construction with my dad when I was 14 so, 28 years. Q: What do you love/enjoy about the field? A: I love that in this field I am always learning, and with each project I always get to learn a little more. Also, I love experiencing projects from different perspectives which are all valid. A carpenter sees a project differently than it does as a project executive and having experienced both, I think they are both pretty cool. Q: What is one of your favorite things to do on your weekends/ day off? A: Snowboarding in the wintertime, and anything on two wheels in the summer. Q: If you had a superpower, what would it be? A: I think it would be awesome to be able to fly. Q: What’s your guilty pleasure song? A: ‘We Know The Way’ from Moana. Apparently have seen that movie too many times. Q: What is the worst fashion decision you ever made? Do you have pictures? A: Wearing Jean shorts, AKA Jorts to the gym. May not ever live that one down and all pictures have been destroyed that I am aware of.

I’m a driven entrepreneur focused on building community and growing my personal network with the world’s best pros.
Tough times don’t last. Tough TEAMS do!🤝🏻 I am reminded of this beautiful quote by Robert Schuller every time I set out to play basketball.🏀 Not only does it help me realise the importance of the right team spirit in the game, but also in my business. Here’s how I look at it: ⮕Like passing the ball to a teammate for the winning shot, collaboration and communication are crucial in achieving our goals and exceeding our client's expectations. ⮕Our team's synergy ensures projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards, providing peace of mind to our clients in Michigan's demanding roofing market. ⮕At Arrow Roofing Services, we understand that success isn't achieved alone. It takes a dedicated team working together, each with unique skills and expertise. ⮕Every team member is crucial in delivering top-notch service to our clients across Michigan, from our skilled roofers to our efficient office staff. ⮕By inculcating a culture of teamwork and mutual support, we achieve business success and build strong relationships within our team and with our valued clients. How do you make sure your team is rightly knit? #teamworkmakesthedreamwork #teamspirit #arrowroofingservices #businesssuccess

Check out Wellogy Principal and CFO, Matt Canterna in this recent post about the design of Knowlton School at OSU!
"The building is really one continuous volume, and when you look at how the ramp navigates that space, it forces you to immerse yourself into the language and design process that's going on in each and every studio." Matt Canterna, AIA (BSArch ’07, MArch ’09), Principal and CFO at Wellogy in Columbus, Ohio. --- In honor of the 20th anniversary of Knowlton Hall, we spoke to some of those responsible for its creation and to those who use the building every day.
