👩💻 Yesterday we hosted a webinar on "Positioning your PropTech Pitch: Aligning with Audience Drivers" with some fantastic speakers taking part in the discussion. A massive thank you to; Rob Hart, Freddie Pritchard-Smith, Helen Cave-Penney, Samantha Kempe and Andre B. for hosting. It was an insightful discussion on the challenges, pitfalls and key insights into the pitch process, going beyond the pitch itself and delving deeper into the post pitch and ROI phase. Thank you for sharing fantastic case studies and your experiences with our audience; with 92% of attendees feeding back that the content was extremely beneficial, we know that your input has helped our members and hopefully provided support for their pitch journeys.   A few takeaways:   ✔️  Map out key stakeholders within client organizations and develop a plan to maintain relationships with each ✔️Define clear metrics for what constitutes success with clients and ensure both parties are aligned on goals and timelines ✔️Consider keeping salespeople assigned to deals for longer, such as a year, to facilitate onboarding and knowledge transfer ✔️Keep engaged with customers and analyse feedback, schedule follow-up conversations to address questions or challenges A massive thank you to everyone that attended and engaged with our speakers throughout the session!
