GoldenPeaks Capital has acquired 400 MW of ready-to-build solar assets in Poland. The newly acquired assets, comprising both planned acquisitions and self-developed projects, are primarily located in Poland’s western and northwestern regions, with additional sites spread across the country. The portfolio includes projects of varying sizes, with the largest reaching up to 58 MW. Golden Peaks Capital expanded its Polish solar pipeline between December 2024 and January 2025. Adriano Agosti, Founder and President of GoldenPeaks Capital, said: “These further acquisitions confirm our firm base of execution, with the aim of exceeding 1GW of solar projects in Poland in 2025.” GoldenPeaks Capital currently has approximately 1.7 GW of projects in its internal development pipeline and plans to secure an additional 300 MW of RtB projects in Poland by the end of Q1 2025. #cleanenergy

Greencells Group has acquired a portfolio of late-stage #solar #PV projects with a total capacity of 127 MWp in #Germany from Stark Energie, an international developer of utility-scale solar projects. The portfolio, consisting of three projects, will be developed by Stark Energie, to the ready-to-build (RTB) stage. Our team in the Netherlands led by Liesbeth Buiter has advised longstanding client Blue Elephant Energy GmbH (BEE) on the acquisition of a solar PV portfolio in the Netherlands from Dutch developer TPSolar Nederland B.V.. This acquisition adds three solar PV parks with a combined capacity of approximately 88 MWp to BEE’s portfolio, consisting of projects at varying stages of development and operation across the Netherlands. Once fully commissioned, the three solar parks will make a significant contribution to achieving the Netherlands' ambitious climate targets by 2035, with an expected annual saving of 48,830 tonnes of CO₂ emissions and 38,493 m³ of water. Cirio has assisted Aneo in its acquisition of PNE Sverige AB, VKS Vindkraft Sverige AB and four dedicated project entities. The acquisitions mean that Aneo takes over an experienced development team consisting of employees and consultants, as well as a total project portfolio of more than 1,000 MW wind power and 100 MW solar power under development. The acquisitions also mean that Aneo expands its business within renewable energy in Sweden. Cirio's team consisted of Fredrik Morfeldt, Zacharias Thyrén, Axel Siesjö, Anna Hellström, Leo Hano Eriksson and Alicia Lindholm.
