With Communication and Woo in your top ten, you enjoy meeting new people and getting them to like you. You thrive when you are in environments where you can get people to listen to you. Volunteer for opportunities to present in front of large groups of people at work. Your Communication will gain energy when you can become known as someone that helps people express their thoughts and ambitions in a captivating way and your Woo will love meeting new colleagues in the process. Do you have this theme pairing in your top ten?

Yes I have these two in my top three along with positivity ❤️ I love meeting new people and sharing my passions for early years and apprenticeships . Others give me enthusiasm & energy that I don’t get from working home alone .

I have Communication and Woo at the bottom of my report as "lesser talents". While it's less natural for me, it doesn't mean I'm unable to communicate or win others over. It just takes more energy, and I rely on my other strengths to support these areas. 🙂

#4 & #5 for me - I love these top talent themes. They help me every day in my work - especially during times of change. I am able to leverage this theme duo to help share information with team members and stakeholders in a meaningful way that helps create connection and understanding. #cliftonstrengths
