As I tried to attend some events from different industries to expand my insights personally, I find it very helpful about below points 👇 What are you doing differently in 2024 for your events?
Picture this, you are walking into an event. And: A long line to register Infomercials sold as sessions 1000 sessions Weak speakers 1hr long sessions 10pt font ‘Can I scan you?’ Immediate pass. Many events get a bad rap exactly for this. As an event professional, you can’t control everything. But those events that: Pre-check or use check-in kiosks Heavily curate sponsored sessions Prioritize session quality Prioritize content Shorten session time Provide presentation assistance Educate exhibitors Have an edge.
