A recent U.S. News - Harris Poll survey has revealed a concerning assessment of American leadership, particularly in the corporate world. According to the survey, a strong majority believes that there is a "leadership crisis" in corporate America, with older business leaders reluctant to pass the torch to the next generation. While respondents were less critical about leadership within their own companies, a majority expressed a lack of aspiration towards their current leaders. These findings highlight the need for an emphasis on effective and inclusive leadership in businesses today.
