Indy is in an exciting period of growth. When you look at all of the infrastructure projects in the pipeline it paints a picture of a very different downtown in the coming years. While some of these projects have a long way to go in order to become reality, many are already complete or well under construction. All of this will enhance our ability to host conventions, meeting, and sporting events. Moreover, they contribute to making this city a vibrant place for residents to live and work. Congratulations to Matt Overbey, PE, PLS, the recipient of CMT’s Leadership Award! Matt’s ability to inspire and motivate design teams across CMT’s geography is widely recognized, as he collaborates closely with some of the firm’s largest clients. Beyond CMT, his leadership extends to active participation in the Illinois Society of Professional Engineers (ISPE), where he is involved in statewide committees and represents the organization within the Great Lakes Central Region of the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE). In 2023, Matt completed the American Council of Engineering Companies of Illinois' Master’s Class, focusing on professional workshops and enhancing his leadership acumen.
