Great partnerships take time. Nearly one year ago, Naomi Mbakwe (she / her) introduced me to a services partner named Thesis who had been helping one of our clients with their Airtable environment. I had the chance to connect with Stephanie Shalz, Molly Leaf, Sara Cocco, MBA, Shaun Howie, Michael Barrett and Sara (Irvin) Suttles and immediately I was so impressed with how polished, prepared, personable and committed they were to making this partnership a success. In the months after we first met, they came back with: 1. A beautifully designed Thesis+Airtable customer presentation deck 2. Feedback on how we should launch a structured intake process 3. A recommended services package approach based on what we were seeing from customers 4. An overview of all Airtable use cases they've built 5. Pre-built demos for our top 2 use cases 6. Feedback on how we could improve the co-selling motion Was it a success overnight? Definitely not. We actually didn't win our first few opportunities that we tried to engage on... But what we did do is learn. Rapidly. Together. And we'd make the changes that we thought would be necessary to win the next set of deals. Fast forward to today - one year later - and recently they've won multiple Enterprise engagements and we've received overwhelming good feedback about their work. Small improvements compound over time.
