As Ingram Micro continues to drive Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity, it's important we acknowledge, share, and reflect during Black History Month in order to address racial injustice and inequity while giving everyone the opportunity to share, celebrate, and understand the impact of black heritage and culture. It's a moment to recognise the contribution and achievements of those with African or Caribbean heritage. It's also an opportunity for people to learn more about the effects of racism and how to challenge negative stereotypes. We all have an opportunity to learn, become allies, and celebrate achievements from untold stories. As part of Black History Month and to celebrate our Race, Identity, Culture & Ethnicity employee resource group, we held our 3rd round table yesterday which after some technical problems was a real success, where we shared and learnt from our colleagues and experts in this space.
