We’re launching a Private Community and Coaching Program
… in which we’ll teach you *exactly* how we run outbound campaigns at ColdIQ.
That is,
→ the workflows/processes that generate 100+ monthly leads for some of our clients.
But also,
→ how we leverage AI and tools like
- Clay: coldiq.com/tools/clay
- RB2B: coldiq.com/tools/rb2b
- Lemlist: coldiq.com/tools/lemlist
- Instantly: coldiq.com/tools/instantly
+ Apify, Ocean.io, Apollo.io, LeadMagic, FullEnrich, Prospeo, HeyReach & more.
→ how we prompt LLMs like OpenAI GPT-4o & Anthropic Claude 3 Opus to power our account research & personalize at scale.
→ all our frameworks & SOPs (Prompting, Automation, Copywriting, Outbound Plays, Email Infrastructure)
We debated doing this for a long time.
But here’s the thing…
We’re posting a lot on LinkedIn.
And we get a lot of inbound because of it.
The issue is that many inbound leads are ‘unqualified’ for our ‘done-for-you’ offering.
Admittedly, prospecting services aren’t cheap, especially for smaller organizations.
And despite our best ‘qualification’ efforts…
we kept talking with people who couldn’t afford our services.
The ‘sad’ part is that smaller teams are the ones who’d actually benefit the most from learning AI, automation & tech applied to outbound sales.
So here’s our solution 👇
A cohort-based coaching program that includes:
- Weekly Live sessions (where we build campaigns from scratch with you)
- A private community where we answer all your questions
- Step-by-step tutorial videos
- All our internal resources
- 1:1 Onboarding
If you want more information on the program…
Have a look at the video and chat with our team 👇

P.S: The first cohort will be limited to 25 people.
Get in, fast :)
Do it. Hey, in the next few minutes I will show you how we generate 5 to 20 liters per week for our clients by leveraging AI and detestable software and how you can learn how to do this too. So how is this for This is for one, startup founders who want to build our go to market motion from scratch. Two, it is for sales leaders who want to make their team more efficient by equipping them with better tools and strategy. And three, it is for bidders, sales development representatives and outbound. Agencies that want to learn how they can leverage AI to generate opportunities. And let me tell you what, there is an increasing number of active jobs opening for a new kind of fall within organizations that mix sales, tech, AI, automation and prospecting knowledge. Some call it the Edo for sales development operator, the growth BDR, the outbound API growth lead, or even the sales Jedi Master. In any case, whatever you want to call it, larger organizations are slowly waking up to the fact. There are countless benefits to leverage AI and technology for prospecting a mothers are getting better at a crazy pace, so take some time to look at what we can know. Just imagine what we'll be able to do in a couple of years. So where to start, right. Here's the issue, with over 700 plus AI sales tools and almost as many ways to leverage AI, it's difficult to know what to start with. This is exactly what Timothy, Jeremy, Julio, Roma, Amy, and many others were going through. In the first reached out to us at Colleague, but they didn't just want someone to implement AI for them. What they wanted was to learn how to read themselves so that they wouldn't need to rely on an external partner, if that's what you're looking to achieve. Listen to what's next. So look, the way most organizations leverage AI within sales is that they try to find a fancy tool that will do the personalization for them. The expectation is that their magic new AI gem will go through each prospect profile and find something relevant to see you then. Able to send thousand messages at the Press of a button without any effort and the leads will start piling up. If that's what you hope you'll get out of this. I'm sorry to disappoint you. It's not. To know how to best use AI, you need to 1st understand every single bottleneck in your current urban process. So what does that mean? This means that you need to learn how to make things work without AI to understand where it makes the most impact. Let me give you an example. Any great prospecting campaign starts with great targeting. So how do you target? Well, right? You need to find companies suffering from a program you can solve, which means that you need to have the understanding of what they are suffering from and the initiatives they are currently running. Think about what you do. If you had unlimited time to research a person, you would probably be looking at their hiring patterns, how recently they refunded, or they already doing what you are selling them and they're running ads. For example, if you sell advertising services, did they post about needing solutions? As yours. What does their attack look like? Did the key employee just left the organization? Once you understand what you're looking for, you can have AI score a list of thousands of contact looking at this exact same information. The whole idea is to be able to make as great research as you would if you had all the time in the world, but in this case a I will do it for you. The result? You'll be able to research thousands as many prospects, which means your campaign will be almost as good as if you had done the work manually. But the difference is you. Now do this at scale, but that's not just it. There are plenty more ways to generate AI and tech within your workflows. For example, tools such as sensory and ubiquity and personalized videos. So you record the video once and then AI dynamically change your voice and background to send hundreds of personalized videos. You can automate your meeting, note taking and have draft follow-ups being written by tools like attention, so no need to take minor loss anymore. You can get caught in real time as you write your copy by tools. Twin Twin would recommend ways to get your message across in a more powerful way and explain you why. It suggests what it suggests. Small things will help you improve your domain reputation by doing e-mail warmup. It will help you categorize your replies. So once you get a reply from Prospect, their AI will just look at the sentiment, the reply tell you if it's negative, positive and you even have tools that could even say hi. And scheduler that lets you build bots to reply on your behalf when Prospect ask you questions. Tools like clays. Here agent will do prospect research on your behalf and it will then personalize your outreach to their open eye and close the integration based on the research you've made. You have lookalike company search done with ocean dot IO, so you have a set of accounts that you had great results for and then there are agreed. We just recommend some very similar ones. And with telescope you can push the logic even further. Where you ask companies 11 to 50 telescope will give you a list, then you would teach the algorithm. By telling to telescope this leads speeds, this leads doesn't and you would get some custom recommendation. So you guessed it, there are countless of use cases and the list is increasingly growing. Now we don't want to teach you AI sales tools for the sake of it. We'll teach you real world applications and workflows that we tried across hundreds of campaigns and experiments, failures and success. You know, the ones we now deploy daily for our clients. The goal is not to be fancy, the goal is to be. Effective. I could go on and on and on and on, but I guess the best way to explain what you'll be able to do once you are done with the program might simply be to show you So. There are a few videos on our website that showcase step-by-step walkthroughs of the kind of campaign should be able to build, replicate. But most importantly, we create in your own style based on the problems of your prospects. So what are the program look like to get step by step through videos to learn exactly how grand campaign and we've done for over 70? Five clients One-on-one onboarding We will help you prioritize the missing gaps in the workflows you are trying to build. Wiki Live sessions where we answer all your questions and build campaigns from scratch. Live along with you a Slack community where we share every last update as we will continually improve the program and in which we answer all your questions. But that's not it. We also get our complete set of SOP's on inbox management, client result reporting, client notifications. You will get our best converting code, e-mail templates, script and frameworks and you'll get to copy paste the best clay workflows. We used and generated thousands of fleets for client. The principle is simple:
- create content on social media
- build audiences based of the engagement (profile viewers, website visitors)
- reach out with context
We use a mix of RB2B, Clay & lemlist to implement these systems via both Email and LinkedIn.
If you need help setting such a system…
You can book a meeting on ColdIQ’s website: coldiq.com

Michel Lieben 🧠 booked 164 meetings in June using ‘Inbound-led Outbound’. Here's a 7-min step-by-step video walkthrough of his two best plays:
BACKGROUND:
First, here's how Michel defines Inbound Led-Outbound:
1. Create content on social media
2. Build up audiences with profile viewers and website visitors
3. Segment these audiences - and reach out to them with context
PLAY 1:
A. Segment your profile viewers with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
B. Extract their email addresses
C. Automate your outreach
PLAY 2:
A. Identify your website visitors with RB2B
B. Engage them via LinkedIn & Email
Watch the video for the full breakdown! 👇
TAKEAWAY:
I’m dumbfounded by the power of the Inbound-Led Outbound model.
I’m trying to figure out ways to go even deeper.
My advice for now...
Get started by creating content that maximizes humanity and authenticity.
Give them a front row seat on you journey.
Share best practices and your latest strategies.
Share things that no one else is willing to share.
And don't be afraid to put your face out there.
People want to get to know you.
Only after that, do you go outbound.
We’re seeing a massive shift from push to pull models for SaaS GTM.
And nothing pulls quite like posting on LinkedIn.
