The cold hard truth: Most B2B videos are kinda boring. 🤷♀️ Hey, I’m Paola G., Video Editor at Apollo.io! I’ve been editing videos for a decade, and my videos have hit over 200 million views across social media, so here's a few things I learned along the way. 🚀 If you want to boost views and retention, you have to know your audience well enough to actually delight them. 💡 Now here are 3 quick tips ⬇️ 1. Topic comes first, editing second: Flashy edits are fun, but the substance of the video is what matters most. That being said, don’t be afraid to experiment with how you deliver the value: bold opinions, spins on trends — it's about staying nimble with new approaches, but keeping content king. 2. Clear video structure: Hook + content + CTA: Formulas might sound boring, but GOOD stories always follow a clear arc. And when you can, stay concise and focus on how others can apply your advice (that WE vs. ME mentality is key). 3. Simplify graphics and captions: Always ask yourself if adding a visual supports your message or distracts from it. Sometimes simple really IS better: Don’t overcrowd the screen, keep text easy to read, and pay attention to your timing. 🌟 BONUS TIP: AI can really help you edit more efficiently (actually, my photo was made with Photo AI app 😉), so don’t be afraid to embrace it into your tech stack, if you haven’t already. Got any video editing questions? Ask away in the comments! 👇 #B2BVideos #VideoEditors

Apollo + Nooks = 💛 Just ask Instabug. When Chase Langley joined the team at Instabug as Director of Biz Dev, he saw the sales team had been struggling with low connect rates, high bounce rates, and an inefficient dialer. He knew he needed to do two things: 1. Improve the quality of prospect data so connect rates go up 2. Adopt a calling platform to increase the number of quality conversations with their prospects That’s where the 💭✨dream team✨💭 came in. Nooks allowed reps to ramp up their call volume within a short period — up to 100 dials in a single hour. As for Apollo’s mobile data, Instabug saw their bounce rate drop almost immediately. In just 12 months, Instabug saw: - Cold call volume double - Connect rates jump from 5.5% to 8%, with some BDRs hitting 12% - Bounce rates plummet from 5.5% to 2.5% - Meetings booked rate on track to double quarter over quarter - 100% of BDRs meet their cold calls per week goal (it previously hovered around 70%) The results really speak for themselves!
