A few key takeaways: 1) There is a lot of confusion about what Clear Cooperation is and isn't. 2) Great agents thrive in every market and through every change. 3) The settlement changes are leveling up buyer agents skills. Old state-- throw a buyer in your car and show them a house. New normal -- demonstrate value, expertise, service, knowledge, and get hired to represent the buyer. 4) There was some optimism about 2025 market conditions but more focus on improving what you can control versus worrying about the uncontrollable factors. 5) The eXp agents and leaders in this photo represent some of the top producers in their respective markets.
