"The only way to do great work is to love what you do." -Steve Jobs For this #SpotlightSaturday we want to introduce Martin who has been working at CCI for 42 years!!💥 The first job that he had was in the 1A department packing in front of the 1A machine, soon after, he moved to the slitting department. In the 90's he was given the position of supervisor in the finishing department! Director of Science Applications, Jerry Dimas said, "Martin is a hugely valuable asset to CCI. His knowledge of CCI processes goes beyond even what you’d expect of someone with 40+ years of experience. Martin has wide-ranging problem-solving skills, which he regularly uses in the improvement of our operations. He’s positive, leads by example, always willing to lend a hand and I’ve never heard him say; “that can’t be done” what he says is; “we’ll find a way”. Thanks, Martin, for helping make CCI successful." 🔥 One of his favorite memories of working on the job was briefly being transferred to CCI Mexico to manage production in the company ✅ His favorite part of his job is his sense of accomplishment after meeting the needs of customers and the company! #SpotlightSatuday #cci #culture

#1 Best Selling Author, I Speak to Individuals, Teams and Businesses about how to Outperform The Norm ►ScottWelle.com◄
“You matter.” Speaking for the Administrative Professionals at Uline - my seventh time speaking for the company - in beautiful Pleasant Prairie, WI, and this was one of the main themes. As the leading distributor of shipping, packaging and industrial products in North America for over 40 years, businesses depend on Uline to Outperform. And it could not happen without Administrative Professionals doing all the “little things” that are too often not seen and not recognized, but are VITAL to the function of an organization. 💯 Next Weds, 4/24, is Administrative Professionals Day and if you are in this role, enjoy your day! You matter, too 😊 #mindset #motivation #growth #goals #outperform

Reflecting on My Journey at Ryder as a Supply Chain Operations Associate The past few months at Ryder have been both challenging and rewarding. This role comes with a steep six-month learning curve, but it has allowed me to navigate unique scenarios while partnering with others—both internally and externally—to solve problems. I’m proud to have received internal recognition for improvement, knowledge, and follow-through, all of which has been made possible through leveraging internal groups within Ryder and General Motors to support plant operations. After spending nine years in production, with some of that time in materials, I’ve found that experience has set me up for success in this position. Organizational skills have been key to overcoming challenges in this fast-paced environment, and I’m confident that the skills and knowledge I’m building now will greatly benefit my career as I continue my studies in supply chain management. One insight I’d like to share with others is the importance of being open and transparent about any uncertainties you face. Ask questions and be adaptable—production and operations rely on it. Being able to adjust to changing circumstances has been crucial in my role and is something I encourage anyone in this field to embrace. I’m excited to continue growing in this role and see where this path will take me in the future! #SupplyChain #Operations #Growth #Logistics #ProfessionalDevelopment #Teamwork

🌟 Celebrating Learning and Teamwork at Ceva Logistics 🌟 I'm thrilled to share the inspiring experience of working with Julian Dobbe, a rising star at CEVA Logistics! 🚀 I absolutely love my job – helping talented young folks like Julian quickly find their footing in the professional world is the best part. My role is like a cool mix of old-school wisdom and the fresh perspectives of young talents. Julian's journey, going from a promising talent to managing two departments, is a perfect example of how this combo can work wonders. 🌐 Now, I have to admit, I'm a ' digibeet '– I proudly wear my "dinosaur" badge! But, thanks to the patience and support of these awesome young minds, I'm keeping up with the fast-paced changes in our industry. Our collaboration at Ceva Logistics is a real win-win-win situation. Learning from each other and having so much fun doing it – that's what it's all about. 🌈 Through stories like Julian's, I hope to encourage other companies to focus on talents and skills, rather than just age. Let's create workplaces where everyone, regardless of age, can shine and grow! Big thanks to Julian for the kind words – let's keep learning and growing together! 🌟 #Mentorship #Teamwork #Innovation #CevaLogistics #Inspiration #LearningTogether #agedoesnotmatter #talentmatters #energymatters #lovemyjob #recommandation #inspiration

Exploring the 'Accountability Ladder' offers us a powerful lens to view ourselves. This concept isn't just about self-evaluation; it's a call to actively climb towards higher accountability in our professional lives. Reflecting on where we stand on this ladder can be the first step towards unlocking our full potential. Let's aim to stand above the line. Thanks for reposting Ole and for highlighting Toby #aimhigher #insightforlife
During my New Hire Orientation at Greif roughly 2.5 years ago, I was first introduced to the Accountability Ladder. I love what it stands for and my TEAM and I often reference it to ensure that we as a Global OPEX TEAM are "staying above the line". At the beginning of this fiscal year, my mentor/coach sent us a note with an actual stop watch. The note stated the following: "Plan in years...Think in months...Work in hours...Act in minutes!" With that said, we are all human and will operate below the line at times. However, the difference between a Champion and a Victim is how quickly you recognize it and what actions you take to quickly get yourself back above the line. I have coached my TEAM to recognize when they are below the line and to hit their virtual stop watch and count in minutes how long it takes them to get back above the line. Think about it. Do you want to be a Champion or a Victim? Do you want to be surrounded by Champions or Victims? Honestly, the choice is ours... Thanks for listening and be SAFE/Healthy!

There is always room for improvement! Even your company is already has reached mature level of using Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement culture! Without continuously improving working conditions, production processes, business processes and employee skills the business of your company business will not increase and scale bigger. And MSK Group know this! Even though they have a long history of implementing Lean, Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement culture they are always ready to find improvement possibilities in all level of organisation and in every business function! If you don't continuously improve someone else will and do same product or offer same service with more cost efficiency or by adding more value for customer with same prize! As Mandalorians would say "This is the way!" https://lnkd.in/duhcziyG
As a responsible company, we continuously improve our working conditions, processes and employee skills. One example of this is the LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt training program, which was tailored specifically to our needs and is now in its final stages. The training involves 14 MSK Cabins employees from the production, development, quality, finance, procurement and engineering teams, complemented by four professionals from MSK Group Oy, Junkkari and MSK Plast. The picture shows a statistical test design in progress using the DOE method. Participants were divided into three groups, each of which received different control values for the test. The test analysed which process variables, or inputs, had the greatest influence on the desired output of the process, or response. As part of the training, the participants will implement the DMAIC systematics in the production of the project work together with their project team under the supervision of a designated Black Belt. The Black Belts at MSK Cabins are Managing Director Taneli Mikkola and Production Manager Harri Ekola. Training according to the ISO 13053 standard was carried out in cooperation with Nordic Process Improvement Oy , Toni Puhakka and Mika Koivisto. #competentstaff #quality #lean
