In the article, Conscensia’s CEO Torsten Bielefeldt Schlägelberger offers his insights and recommendations for solving this challenge 📣 The article is gated content so for those of you that cannot see the full article please find some central points below.   As Computerworld states, we've heard it so many times. Denmark faces a significant shortage of IT professionals and companies have to cancel unfilled vacancies due to their inability to find competent employees. But a lack of IT staff doesn't have to be a problem. Torsten Bielefeldt Schlägelberger, CEO of Conscensia, states; "There's no need to complain about the lack of IT staff, and there’s certainly no need to lose business over it. The work force is just not in Denmark."   Some companies fear that managing a team abroad is overly complex, that software developers from other countries might not possess the same level of skills as those in Denmark, and that the results may be of inferior quality. However, this couldn't be further from the truth. Torsten Bielefeldt Schlägelberger states; “The software developers in Poland and Ukraine are really talented, fully on par with what we have locally in Denmark. There's a huge talent pool abroad. And you can get them on board very quickly; it takes six weeks in Ukraine. Please describe your role at Jebsen & Jessen Life Science "As a Logistics Manager at Jebsen & Jessen Life Science, I am responsible for the organization and oversight of our logistics operations, with a primary focus on truck transportation. My duties also include managing service providers and conducting freight negotiations." What do you do first thing in the morning when you come into the office? "My day begins with logging into my laptop and organizing my tasks for the day. Once I’m set, I grab a drink and proceed with my daily responsibilities." How often do you collect feedback from your customers?📄 Quite a few of our readers, especially those who work for good marketers, probably collect reviews from time to time.🖊 But, we are sure that there will be many people who understand their importance, but do not think about them at all when working with a client. And then they are either embarrassed or simply forget to take feedback.
