To me, becoming a brand ambassador of something means that you believe in that cause, endorse that cause and want to raise awareness for that cause. We talk a lot about the fancy words like women empowerment, we read so many reports on it every year, organize workshops and celebrate days to reassure ourselves that we are empowered. However, what I truly believe to be women empowerment is that: 1. Women should have the decency and courage to support other women, instead of leg-pulling, name-calling, and scoffing down upon them. 2. Women MUST have access to basic rights like healthcare, education, equality and inclusion. 3. Women MUST learn to become financially literate as well as financially independent; not because then they won't need a partner, but because then they will be able to complement their partners, and raise children who can respect humans (irrespective of their castes, genders, colors, social status). I have seen Alishba Tayyab speaking about women empowerment through her initiatives at WSHR, under Green HRS. I stand by every woman who has the heart of a lioness to cheer for other women, and straighten up their crowns if they stumble. Sana Khan Founder & CEO HER Health- Women's Gyne & Mental Health

Prior to participating in a “Women’s Circle” consider the following questions: 1. Are the facilitators genuinely committed to ensuring ALL women thrive, or are they primarily seeking recognition? 2. Are you prepared to engage in courageous conversations with this group of women? Or are you afraid that “your reputation might be in danger” if you disagree? 3. Is the circle freely accessible, or are you being charged to engage in conversations that should already be happening? 4. How extensive is the “women’s circle” outreach to communities that are genuinely underserved? Or is it another social group catering exclusively to women who are already acquainted? The questions are the answer.

SAP SuccessFactors I Veritas Prime I Founder of She Beasts CIC I Supporting Growth I Survivor I Guest Speaker I Award Winning Transformation Coach
Happy International Women's Day! #iwd2024womenleadingtheway It's truly inspiring to see women from all backgrounds making a difference and creating #socialimpact. While being a woman is a privilege, it also comes with its own set of challenges. As a community, it's our responsibility to change the narrative and create opportunities for #inclusion. We need to educate one another on how to navigate life and support growth in one another. Creating change isn't limited to the third sector and organisations like SheBeasts C.I.C every business and individual can make a difference. I feel fortunate to have the opportunity to create change in both my roles as a trusted advisor, female coach, and business leader. At Veritas Prime we implement SAP SuccessFactors solution, which provides tools for business leaders across all sectors to make the right choices and break barriers daily for their employees. Breaking the glass ceiling for females is everyone's responsibility, not just today but every day. Let's continue to work towards creating a more inclusive world.
⭐ Happy International Women’s Day! Over the past few weeks, the Foundation visited three female-led, local organisations who are making a difference across the West Midlands. We wanted to shine a spotlight on the incredible support that is being provided to women, by women; support that has the capabilities to transform the lives of some of the most vulnerable women and girls in the region. Saathi House, SheBeasts C.I.C. and Black Country Women's Aid are truly remarkable organisations. Their communities are able to thrive because of their hard work and dedication. Thank you to all the incredible women who took part in the creation of our film, and for letting us into their world. On International Women’s Day, and every day going forward, we will continue to highlight the positive impact women have on their communities and showcase why we must all #inspireinclusion.
