On World Suicide Prevention Day, it's important to remember that suicide is not a choice made in isolation—it's often the result of deep emotional pain and overwhelming mental health struggles. As a clinical psychologist, I believe in the power of compassion, support, and understanding to help those in distress. Let's all commit to reducing stigma, increasing mental health awareness, and being a source of light for those who feel lost in the darkness. A conversation, a listening ear, or a simple act of kindness can make all the difference. Together, we can prevent suicide. #WorldSuicidePreventionDay #MentalHealthMatters #EndTheStigma #SupportAndCare
