Offering jobs to those who can work, jobs that lead to savings is the way to go. Free Housing is appropriate for very poor, elderly, retired or disabled citizens only - or young but very poor people in recovery mode who are working full time (just need temporary shelter to save a penny to get out of the poverty cycle) so they can buy their own home in America 🏡 one day )
