We had a great time hosting the TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce Coming to You event yesterday morning! It’s always wonderful getting to share information about CHDC and the services that we provide for our patients and community. Marketing and Events Director, Kirsten, led a tour of our Coventry Mall location and answered questions about CHDC. Thank you to all who attended and TCACC for this great event! #TCACC #CHDC #CommunityHealthCenter #Next50Years #Pottstown #Barto

Recently, I read a study about how time is perceived differently at various ages. For the young, time stretches long; as we age, it seems to accelerate. This rings true for me, especially when I realize GBB is already 5 years old - it feels like it happened in the blink of an eye! Just the other day, a dear colleague who was one of the first hires at GBB left the company. During one of our recent management meetings, she shared photos and memories from her time here. It was a blend of heartwarming memories and tough wartime struggles, many of which I had forgotten. It's remarkable to think that up to 60% of startups fail within their first five years. Yet here we are at GBB, not just surviving but flourishing. Over these years, we've developed and launched three first-in-class technology platforms in the CMC space, evolved from a pure R&D entity into a revenue-generating business, and forged partnerships with over 40 global and domestic partners, including two of the largest cell culture media companies in the world. We're even starting to be known as 'The company who can express hard-to-express proteins, no other company can' – particularly true for our work with bi-specific/multi-specific antibody production. These milestones are a testament to the hard work of colleagues like the one who just departed. I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks to all our present and past employees who have contributed to GBB’s vision. Despite the challenging economic climate, I believe that GBB has the right leadership, culture, and technological edge to weather the storm and emerge even stronger. The story continues, and I am excited about what the next five years will bring!
Happy 5th anniversary to GBB. 🎉 May it continue to excel in the years to come. 🙌 #GreatBayBio #GBB #anniversary #celebration #team

Transformational leadership, team and business coaching, Networking, Promotion, Mentoring - FAST genuine results for you and your team building confidence, communication skills, resilience and strategies to success.
When it comes to answering the question "What do you do?" It gets complicated*! In a week I could be coaching a client to excel on the stage. Helping someone get over their fear of networking and that elevator pitch. Training business owners on no cost marketing. Networking via my confidential mastermind group and sharing leads that lead to hundreds of thousands of pounds of new business. I could be helping someone set up a blog or write their first book and get a publisher to take them seriously. I could be working with a really stressed out team who have stupid deadlines right now and are working silly hours, so they work less and get more done with less stress. I could be talking about overwhelm or I could be talking about how to be confident. Or I could be email coaching on one of my 14 courses. So, what do I do? *To say it's an honour to work with Julia is an understatement. Her dedication to her customers, mission and business are unparalleled. Watch this space as Julia is doing amazing things...I'm just the cheerleader! Well, let's just say it doesn't fit on a business card! So I mostly go by Author, Mentor and Cheerleader - and as I heard said many times today, kick butter - not sure I'm putting that on a business card! What do you do?
Many thanks to #FrenkelToppingGroup for giving me the opportunity to share my story. Thanks to my financial settlement I have an index linked income for the rest of my life, giving me opportunities others less fortunate can only dream of. Richard Fraser negotiated my settlement thanks to my late father Bryan Wingfield for negotiating on my behalf. Thank you Pa, willl always be indebted to you. My journey continues, thanks to the amazing team at #NationalSpinalInjuriesCentre at Stoke Mandeville. International nurses day past me by, but I would particularly like to thank my surgeon Rebecca Shirley for putting me back together, Emil MOGA in SPOP for looking after me, Dr Jane Duff, Sally Reffold, Jane Stanbridge & Ali Jamous I wouldn't be here without you. Goes without saying Mandie Holgate deserves a medal for putting in the hours. Thanks also to Stephanie Webster and Alison Taylor for challenging me to stand out in the crowd

If you are a hospitality business owner in the UK then you might have already heard about Ofgem's plans to extend their current standards of conduct to apply to all businesses, as well as how UKHospitality is openly in support of such a move. With this proposal, Ofgem's goal is to bring all businesses under the same code of conduct, which would mean improved transparency as well as fairness for all consumers and customers. As UkHospitality's CEO Kate Nicholls has aid, this move is a much-needed step towards helping safeguard the interest of all businesses and promote a 'level playing field'.
