We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various accounting functions, including VAT, tax, international tax submissions and transactions, receivables management, and payroll. Key Responsibilities: • Manage VAT, taxes, and international tax submissions • International transaction management • Handle SARS submissions and WCA submissions • Oversee receivables and income tax processes • Administer payroll functions accurately and timely • Prepare financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards • Conduct financial analysis and budgeting • Monitor and manage cash flow • Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards • Provide financial reports and analyses as required • Support the financial decision-making process with accurate data Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting • Registered with relevant professional boards (e.g., SAICA, SAIPA) • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar accounting role • Proven expertise in VAT, tax, SARS, WCA, and international tax submissions • Strong experience in receivables management and income tax • Proficiency in payroll administration • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Relevant accounting qualifications or certifications What We Offer: • Competitive salary • A supportive and dynamic work environment • Opportunities for professional growth and development • The chance to make a meaningful impact on employee wellness How to Apply: If you meet the above qualifications and are passionate about accounting and are process driven, we would love to hear from you.
