The A4i Inc team partnered with Riverside University Health System - Behavioral Health to support efforts related to patient engagement and increasing access to care for patients with Severe Mental Illness (SMI). Consumers were given access to A4i Inc 's mobile application, giving them an ability to engage with their peers, care team and play an active role in their care. The Riverside University Health System - Behavioral Health clinicians and peer support specialists access the A4i Inc clinical portal to gain valuable insight into patient activity and progress. The model of utilizing technology and peer support specialists yielded incredible results, with 84% patient retention and average engagement of 70%.
