People see Unisys System and maybe do not know it's meaning in Wicona values. In systems belonging to the same family (WICLINE / WICTEC / WICSLIDE and so on) there are a lot of common elements between the different depths and construction variations. For example the WICSTYLE series have a simetric placed insulating strip separation in the profile that is allowing the same frame/threshold profiles for inside/outside opening, some frames have the same corner element for inside and outside chamber.
The building envelope must be airtight. Leakages in the building envelope lead to warm air losses and unsatisfactory air exchange behaviour, which in turn leads to higher heating costs and dissatisfaction among building users.
