**Monday Message:** Technology is the future. It drives change, creates opportunities, and improves what we already do. But it’s only as good as the people using it—the right people with the right products and the right training. I have come across a scenario where an employee from the UK has received a feedback request in SuccessFactors but the employee is unable to provide feedback to the person who has requested for the feedback. What could be the issue 🤔 It would be great to connect and know what could be the possible issues for why the employee is facing such an issue. #GetSUCCESS #SucccessFactors #PMGM #SAP #SAPSucccessFactorsPMGM

Resolution from SAP- User changed the text and submitted the Feedback request hence was unable to sent the feedback. Few points which came into my mind after the resolution from SAP-: 1) The same feedback text when I provided to someone else that time the feedback could be submitted. (Also I have made sure the text supports UTF-8 character encoding) 2) I have come across a scenario where I have seen that after the H1 2024 upgrade the feedback character length got reduced. Hence I am not sure whether the resolution from SAP is 100% right. Though I am not sure of the scenario as employees using SuccessFactors from the UK region have faced similar issues in the past. It would be nice to drop some expert comments so that we can explore more into it.😊 SAP SuccessFactors #Sap #SuccessFactors #PMGM

After researching here are a few things which I feel is the issue -: 1) Sometimes SAP changes the character encoding of the text. 2) Some characters which SAP is unable to recognise hence the feedback may fail. Resolution-: Write the feedback you want to provide in a word format with limited characters ( Total character length for providing feedback in Custom Questions is 850-900) then paste as 'Plain Text' in the maximum number of cases the feedback will be sent. If the feedback is still not able to be sent then the issue is with some characters which are considered as potential attack payloads for an SQL injection attack as it might contain SQL statements.
