Think back to your first job at a small new company. You were super excited and ready to work hard, even if it meant less money. Sounds like you, right? But, the rewards didn't match your passion. The small share of the company you got didn't show how early you joined or how hard you worked. Here's the hard truth: early workers at these companies often work really hard but don't get the same rewards. It's time we talk about this, don't you think? Let's think about how to make this more fair. What do you think? Share your thoughts and experiences below.

Spoke to a lot of year 9 kids last night about careers. Two keys messages: 1. You will soon choose your first career, not your last. 2. Get a job in retail or volunteer and learn how to communicate with a range of people. You won't learn that at Uni or at school.

I Help People Build Their Own Financial Businesses, Grow Their Investments, and Become Successful Wealth Managers | Tiny Rudder Capable of Moving the Big Ship | Certified Change Management Practitioner
I got fired from my first job, and I deserved it. I was lazy, always late to work, and uninspired. I guess you could say I’d always been that way in some regards, and most especially in my young adulthood. But even back then, I had set a secret goal to become my own boss someday. The only problem was, I was afraid that my dreams were either way too big or way too small. So I came up with another plan: --->Choose a career where I could help as many people as possible. --->Carve out a path to that career and use my bull-like determination to reach the goal. --->Gain enough knowledge and experience, then turn it into a business of my own. That was the entire plan. By 20 years old, I had graduated with my Bachelor’s Degree, gotten a second job, quit that job, and finally decided to pursue a career in Education. By age 26, I had quit my third and fourth jobs. By age 28, I was finally at stage 3 and created my first company. Within 6 months, I had generated enough income to invest directly in my dreams of expanding my knowledge to build my empire. That year, I left my home country and I’ve been going and growing ever since. Over the course of my career, I have been fortunate enough to touch the lives of ~2000+ students/clients, both young and old. Many have gone on to build large projects, pursued amazing careers, and created bountiful lives. One of them said to me last month, "You should teach more people how to navigate change." So this month, I’m building a 4-week cohort-based program that will launch in July. Excited to help more people achieve the freedom I have been so fortunate to experience. _______ Here's the waitlist: https://tally.so/r/mOPd8g
