To be able to provide their students with a real perspective of the job market. In the US, says the video, the top 2 "unemployable" courses are Fine Arts and Philosophy. Multiple concerns about the staffing shortage in nursing homes and the new minimum mandate. With unemployment rates as low as 3% to 4%, finding qualified candidates can be a challenge. What strategies can help ? - Partnering with local nursing schools or community colleges to recruit new graduates? - Offer competitive wages and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent ? several nursing homes are struggling just to break even.
