DRC POISED TO OVERTAKE PERU AS WORLD’S SECOND LARGEST COPPER PRODUCER The Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), with its vast mineral wealth estimated at $24 trillion, is on the brink of surpassing Peru to become the world’s second-largest copper producer. In 2023, the DRC, already Africa’s leading copper producer, exported 2.84 million tonnes of copper, securing its position as the world’s second-largest copper producer, ahead of Peru, which exported 2.76 million tonnes. While these statistics await international confirmation, forecasts from Wood Mackenzie suggest that the DRC is on track to overtake Peru by 2026-2027, a sentiment echoed by Ruben Arrieta, a…READ MORE HERE https://lnkd.in/drnyEVfx

All this means nothing if the average citizens are still suffering and don't have basic essential needs and the majority of the youth is still illiterate and don't have intellectual minds/understandings, the Democratic Republic of the Congo is about 1.8 times bigger than Peru but, yet its GDP is 3times smaller than Peru. The DRC is in a great position to be a powerhouse just like how UAE is with its oil reserves but the issue is Our political leaders are just negotiating bad deals, export means less demand for labor, therefore you can't create much employment nor raise the stand od living for people if African countries start working on industrializing while teaching more technical skills and focusing on the primary and secondary stages of production, this will increase not only the countries GDP but as well as the citizen's livelihood , which in returns build the country as a whole

It seems that the coming years will bring some good news, although unfortunately it may only benefit the corrupt politicians, rather than the ordinary people who have been struggling for years. It remains to be seen what changes will occur, but let's hope that the future holds positive developments for everyone.

All thanks to the Richest Mining Dyke Development from the Glazer Mining Rights. Why do you think SA Soldiers are fighting in the DRC? To open and protect the Corridor Development.

If this doesn't benefit the citizens in DRC to have a better quality of life, better access to education, health system, etc. then it means nothing.
