It took me a while to get this down "on paper" but I finally did. We are using AI wrong in sales. Every single day I see 10 posts on this platform about how the old B2B Sales playbook is broken. I speak to buyers and they don't like the sales process. And then I speak to companies who say they are using AI to automate this broken process. Why are we using a powerful technology to automate something almost everyone agrees is broken? Stop automating what customers hate. AI offers us the opportunity to redesign the process in a way that is MUCH more aligned with the customer's desired buying experience, rather than just automating a process they don't like.
