One question that always bugged 🐛 me as CEO is whether my team is executing at the highest level 🚀 For #sales, it means that we are winning all the winnable deals we come across. With #ai, we should be able to figure stuff like this out. We decided to put the brus.ai model to the test for our clients. Our AI model identifies buying signals in customer communications to generate probability win ratings for deals. We used won and lost deal data from the past year to calculate how efficient sales reps were at closing winnable deals and the total amount closed by rep. My takeaways: 💰 Efficient closer: One surprise here which was nice to see! 🌟 Under-utilized: Shifting deals to these reps in the next quarter. Upside! 🙀 Over-allocated: Gotta stay hungry, these reps are letting good deals go stale. ⛔ Need development: PIP or time to find a new opportunity. 👉 DM me if you want to try this analysis on your own sales team.
