Regional Director, Brett Kolnick was making his rounds, celebrating PSC month by dropping off some CORA swag bags 💫 and bundt cakes for a sweet treat 🍬 and a giant thank you 🙌 for all of the care our PSCs give. It takes a village.... One of the most important things we impress upon our clinicians is.... Every nursing home is its own little village. They have different challenges. Different Strengths. Different Weaknesses. Different Dynamics. And what works for great for 1 facility, might be a disaster for another. So....yes, we do have systems and processes in place, we do have a playbook for how we will maximize reimbursement and compliance for our clients. But.....before implementing any change, we first listen to the Team at the facility. Because....its their village. They know it best. And once we feel we understand their facility, we can collaborate on how best to apply our systems and processes, to their unique needs. In the words of Sean Covey - "First seek to understand, then to be understood" .
