Every week, we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible achievements, hard work, and standout moments from our Core Personnel team. This is our chance to shine a light on the amazing individuals who go above and beyond, making a difference in our company and for our clients.
How would you grade yourself on the way your team celebrates successes? In such a fast-paced industry, we don’t always have the luxury or time to stop and celebrate an accomplishment. Below I explain why it’s beneficial to acknowledge and discuss our achievements. https://bit.ly/3Tq2Hx7
Running a business can sometimes feel like a lonely journey.
You’re at the helm, making big decisions, and often, it feels like you’re doing it all by yourself.
But I’ve found something that’s changed the game for me.
I really liked the concept of BOD Board of Directors, which Akshar Sir has created in the mentoring and it's like having a super team by your side.
This board isn’t just any group—it’s made up of leaders from 12 different industries.
Whenever we have BOD meetings, we challenge each other with difficult questions, so that we arrive at the right decisions rather than taking a wrong decision.
This helps us in paving our way to growth.
We share ideas, challenge each other's thinking, and tackle tough questions together.
It’s been a blessing.
Having this diversity of thought has helped me make smarter, more informed decisions.

Why 𝑷𝑳𝑼𝑺? It's simply about encouraging everyone to be a 𝑷𝑳𝑼𝑺 to the environment. It's easy to feel that your current job environment isn't giving you enough. It's healthier to consider what more you can give to the environment.
Recently, a candidate asked me what it takes to be on the PLUS team. I replied, 'I'll take you under three conditions that you must agree to.' These conditions are 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 to each candidate.
1. For the amount of grievances you have now, I hope you'll maintain the same level of gratitude when you succeed.
2. Allow me to remind you each time defensiveness surfaces, just for a year. Allowing me to remind you means you actually recognize and accept it.
3. Complete your homework.
Guess which one he said was the hardest?
What would be the hardest for you?
Are you able to tell which values I am focusing on?
If you share the same values and are passionate about making a meaningful impact, I warmly invite you to join our team and contribute to the 𝑷𝑳𝑼𝑺 vision. 💪🏻

Sometimes just taking a deep breath and engaging in our playful sides is exactly what we need to reset and reengage in news ways in the business. Love this reminder Hayley that laughter, creativity, teamwork, and play can have a significant impact on our connections and our joy.

One of Transcend's team commitments is "Joy," and I truly experienced that during our Tri-annual meeting earlier this month. Jaci, Kevin, and Mike organized a scavenger hunt that included rollerblading, a gondola ride over Spokane Falls, and a merry-go-round ride - and those were just the first three stops!
It was a fantastic reminder to embrace joy in everything we do… which is even sweeter when your team wins the competition! Special shout-out to Craig, Makenzie, and Kevin for that. 🥇
Here’s to more fun and memorable moments.
Trust is built through frequent, transparent, bidirectional communication between senior leadership and employees. When management takes the time to listen without defensiveness, and to communicate in detail about plans for new projects and programs, process change is more easily embraced by employees asked to implement them.

Congratulations on the success of your team-building program, Jo! It's always inspiring to hear when a program exceeds expectations and helps align and energize teams. As we enter the new year, it's the perfect time to focus on growth and transformation.
I believe that investing in team-building programs is crucial for businesses looking to elevate their performance and enhance their work culture. When teams come together, learn from one another, and collaborate effectively, amazing things happen. It's all about unlocking the true potential of your team.
As Simon Sinek rightly says, "It is not enough to just have a vision. The vision must be driven into the minds and hearts of those who will ultimately determine its success." So, by providing your team with the tools they need to succeed, you are empowering them to drive towards a common goal.
If anyone out there is looking to energize their team in the new year, I highly recommend checking out this program designed by Jo.

I recently made a mistake when celebrating a great month in our company.
We blew away our goal and I wanted to recognize our team.
Instead of just congratulating our team for their great accomplishment, I threw in the dreaded "but" at the end of it.
"but, next month will most likely be much different."
There was no need for me to do this.
I intended to shield them from a possible letdown the following month since we always have a strong January.
The "but" was not necessary at that time (and probably not at all).
Celebrate your wins.
Recognize the success of your team - the other stuff can wait.
A well-informed team already knows of the challenges that may lie ahead and is prepared to handle them.
Let celebrating your wins stand on its own.
Do not dilute what your team accomplished.
Interestingly, February came and they beat our target for that month as well.....and did it again in March.
This is the second time this month we get to celebrate Victor! March marks his 5th anniversary with IntegriBuilt. His daily commitment and leadership have been instrumental in driving our success, now more than ever with his recent promotion to Operations Manager.
Thanks, Victor! Here's to many more successful years together.
