Wait for it… 4 questions to sniff out toxic cultures during your interview: 1. Can you describe the company’s approach to work-life balance? This question helps you understand if the company respects personal time and encourages a healthy work-life balance. Pay attention to their reaction and how confidently they answer. 2. How do you measure and ensure employee satisfaction? This shows whether the company actively seeks and values employee input and strives to create a positive work environment. 3. What are some challenges the team has faced recently, and how were they addressed? This will give you a sense of how transparent and proactive the company is in dealing with issues. 4. How often do you have team-building activities or off-sites? Frequent and inclusive team-building activities can indicate a focus on creating a cohesive and positive team dynamic. ⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️ Remember… you’re interviewing the company, just as much as they’re interviewing you.
