4 culture observations after working at Chick-fil-A Restaurants this week👇 💡it’s the little things: Always call people by their first name, speak in a friendly manner, eye contact, smile, and obsess over the details of your product. 💡surprise and delight: People will remember how you made them feel, not generally what you said or what you did. Create a positive, memorable experience for the guest. 💡a great company is a caring company: 1. Steward what you are given. Your time, your team, your resources. 2. Care for team members by listening to their feedback, helping them achieve their dreams, and providing resources for their needs. 3. Reward people’s character just as much as their performance. 💡continuous improvement: “If we get better, our customers will demand we get bigger.” -Truett
