From store to C-suite, Brad Beckham's journey to becoming the fourth-ever CEO of O'Reilly Automotive has been one full of dedication, servant leadership and hard work.
Beckham began his career sweeping floors at an O'Reilly Automotive store in Oklahoma at just 17 years old. In the time since, he has worked his way up through many different roles and positions in the company before reaching his newest title as CEO.
“In 1997, I fell in love with the parts business. But when I look back, I realize I fell in love with O’Reilly Auto Parts. I went to work with a group of people that cared about Brad as a 17-year-old kid. They put their arms around me. They taught me about the business and about life. I was shy, and veteran parts people brought me out of my shell and taught me how to take care of customers," said Beckham.
Beckham shows this same kind of care and leadership in each new role he accepts at O'Reilly Automotive. His priority continues to rest on the importance of taking care of customers and expanding the O'Reilly brand. Beckham's dedicated past, experience and skill laid the foundation for his current role and success at the company.
