It's already been a year since our 2023 retreat in Chicago and we couldn't be more proud of what our team has accomplished since that inspiring week. From breaking ground on The Mills residential project in Sidney, Ohio, to announcing a new mixed-use development in Ann Arbor and much more, we're looking forward to another momentous year.

Crawford Hoying is excited to announce that Cenovus Energy (Cenovus) will move its regional office to Bridge Park in 2027. This integrated energy company with oil and natural gas production has operations in Canada and the Asia Pacific region, and upgrading, refining and marketing operations in Canada and the United States. Through this expansion, Cenovus plans to move approximately 120 jobs to downtown Dublin. Cenovus received tax incentives from both JobsOhio and the City of Dublin, Ohio USA for the new office space. The G Block Office Building at Bridge Park has been named one of the Best New Office Projects by Columbus Business First 2024 Building Columbus Awards. This award highlights new construction and renovation projects that showcase professional excellence in design, development and construction, and that have strong community impact through investment, jobs and revitalization. The 125,000 SF building includes a mix of retail, restaurant and office space, as well as a 123,000 SF, five-story parking garage. Key tenants include Intown Golf Club and Central Insurance. Now serving up slices. 🍕 Mikey's Late Night Slice opened its sixth Columbus location last week at Bridge Park inside of Pins Mechanical Company.

One of downtown Dayton's oldest buildings, the original Dayton Engineering Laboratories Company (Delco), dating back to 1915, served as a key economic engine for the Dayton community for many years until it was abandoned in the 1980s. A local business owner and operator, Sandy Mendelson, purchased the building and converted it into Mendelson Liquidation Outlet. Crawford Hoying, Woodard Development and City of Dayton partnered together to create a vision for the neighborhood which would encompass all of the area around the Dayton Dragons stadium - including the historic seven-story Delco building at Water Street District. Today, the completed renovation of The Delco is the largest step yet in the revitalization of this area and a culmination of a vision which started more than a decade ago.
