A company, by definition consists of two or more power centers - trying to hold their forts, defending their positions for their expenses or revenues, keeping the submissive team members, as their positions should never get replaced by any non-compatible(region, religion, community, institution affinities), who may questions the status quo. (#Favoritism)
In larger enterprises, top executives got "S-O-L-D" to their commissions by recruiting agencies or terms of COTS, share the cheese, where billing, headcount matters, until the company pancake melts! (#manipulation), as #laws are very #bleak towards this...
My 2 cents of wisdom for all #youngprofessionals #itprofessionals is either you GET a job or LOOOOOOSE a job is due to 40% of Talent, 60% of the situation of above scenarios, with a few exceptions, though!
so, Dont hurt yourself! enjoy the riding waves!!
As a resource, whether you are able to add value or not to the company, Plese dont forget to add value to yourself by continous learning!
