Yandal Resources Ltd has published the 2024 Oblique RC drilling results from the Ironstone Well-Barwidgee Gold Project. Intercepts such as: > 28m @ 1.1 g/t Au from 50m (24IWBRC0012), - including 4m @ 3.3g/t Au from 51m, - and 4m @ 2.1g/t Au from 71m, confirms the width and mineralisation continuity within the OBL01 structure, while results such as: > 15m @ 1.7g/t from 74m (24IWBRC0002), - including 3m @ 5.3g/t Au from 79m, > 7m @ 0.9 g/t Au from 47m (24IWBRC0018), > 3m @ 1.4 g/t Au from 73m (24IWBRC0018), are indicative of another mineralised structure, similar to OBL01, more than 650m north of any previous drilling completed by the Company. All results have now been released for the 2024 RC drilling Program at the Oblique Prospect. The Prospect is part of the Ironstone Well-Barwidgee Gold Project, located in the Yandal Greenstone Belt of Western Australia. Results have successfully confirmed the geometry and broad mineralisation continuity within the OBL01 structure. In addition to this, drilling to the north has identified an OBL01-like structure. Diamond drilling is progressing well, with four of five planned diamond holes now complete at Oblique. Observations from diamond drilling suggest several styles of veining and alteration within a sequence dominated by alternating fine-grained andesite and intermediate tuff. Assay results have been received from drill hole 23PCCD0002 at the Cumbre Coya target within Firetail Resources’ Picha #Copper Project and intersected the same mineralised structure as the first drill hole (23PCCD0001). These results confirm the mineralised structure extends over 170m in strike length and is open in all directions.
