I have cricket and I'm sorry to have to post this but I found them to be dishonest I switched over to cricket thinking that I was making a good choice today I find my phones disconnected. the bill was due today n it was pd on the 21st authorized by the bank. they left it pending and shut my phone off . the representative said have the bank stop that payment and put it back into my account which they said they would do. Cricket gave me a cheaper plan since I didn't use all the stuff that the gentleman who sold me the phones had put on my phones. I was told I had an automatic payment plan I wasn't. the rep said I'm sorry it's our mistake because when you signed up for auto pay the computer tried yesterday to get authorization for a payment n since it didn't get it they were shut off today even though your payment is due today. I asked how could that be? she said it was too close to the due date that the autopay had gotten set up. she said she was going to credit the money back that they were charging me to turn the phones on then the manager gets on and tells me no that I have to pay the amount but she'll do me a one-time favor n turn them on without it how is it a favor when they were at fault? Nora ID NZ81.. needs retraining

It's not true or you guys would have helped me when I contacted the Better Business Bureau about my phone not turning on and nobody would accept it and send me a box to return it even Eddie Beltran that was on the BBB report contacted me and said he was sending me something and never did and now I have no phone but I'm still paying out of pocket for it cuz I bought it through affirm.. and then I get a horrible chat agent today who made me feel worse about myself so the only thing you guys are giving me is tears to be honest and it's sad you won't help people that really need it like me

This organization has no integrity. I paid my bill through Paypal on their site and they suspended my phone service because they said they did not get the money. There was a glitch on their site when I made the payment and that is why I copied everything. I told them that I have Paypal receipts and my bank receipts ans well but they said I would have to pay the bill and a restoration fee to have my service restored. I have had them for at least 20 years and did not have these problems like this. I also called AT&T, the parent company. No one to talk to there. I finally called the Pa Attorney General Office and I am filing a complaint. I am also on my way out the door now to get a new phone carrier. Stay away from them!

I've been a loyal multi line customer for years. I pay extra for the plan that includes Mexico, I call before leaving for Mexico to ensure I will have service in Mexico. The rep assured me I would have service. We get to Mexico and we had no service for a week. They're saying I didn't ask the right questions and they refuse to give me a credit to my account for the week I had no service. If they don't fix this and give me a credit I will be taking my 5 lines to another company.

I had to deal with worst customer service agent I have ever encountered in my life at the beechmont Ave store in Cincinnati Ohio! Not only with me me but I unfortunately was on hold for corporate and listening to interaction with customers was like nails on a chalkboard. She was trying to prove No one knew anything but her! It was completely unnecessary ! I COULD NOT WAIT TO GET AWAY FROM HER AND THAT STORE
