NEW ASSET OF COMMUNITY VALUE TEMPLATES from Save Birmingham Their resources page now has templates you can download to apply for an asset of community value (ACV) and there's guidance on the site re how to apply to officially register a community place. Being registered means residents must be notified about any intention to sell the community asset, and there's a six month wait before it can be sold, which would also give more time for consultation. https://lnkd.in/gNK4qxYd
